Tuesday @ 9.30 am – £14 (£5 for your first class)
Sunday @ 9.30 am - Included in Balance Fitt membership
Wednesday @ 9.30 am - £14
Friday @ 1.00 pm - £14
Monday & Friday @ 9.30 am – £10
If you’d like to join any of my classes please use the contact form to book a space. Classes will begin at the advertised time so make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start to allow enough time to settle in and let me know if you have any injuries or additional needs.
